- The most glaring error is in the last sentence (after "What you will Receive:") the word to is missing. It should say "how to improve the way..."
- The second error is legitimately an error, but is not one that people are very picky about. Under "Who should choose this service?" it says "Anyone who speaks English as their second language..." Anyone is singular. Their is plural. It should read "Anyone who speaks English as his second language." Most people, however, like to write in a way that is gender neutral, so this author chose to use the plural (they) which is gender neutral. For people who are sticklers, you would have to write it "Anyone who speaks English as his or her second language." I prefer to just alternate "his" and "her" in my writing. In one paragraph, the anonymous person will always be male. In another paragraph, the anonymous person will always be female.
